Privacy information

This describes the current Social Botman team installation.

Information used

The server stores account details, connected-channel authorization tokens, uploaded media, post content, schedules, and operational records. The administrator can access and maintain these records.

Connected services

Connecting accounts and publishing exchanges the required account information, authorization, and content with the selected platform. Its privacy terms also apply. Enabling an AI or email provider sends it the information needed for those features.

Hosting and media

Cloudflare routes requests to this server and processes connection and security metadata. Media is accessible to anyone with its public URL so platforms can retrieve it. Do not upload confidential material intended to remain private.

Controls

You can disconnect accounts and remove content here, and revoke application access on each social platform. Contact your workspace administrator for deletion requests and retention questions. Deleting a record here does not automatically remove an already-published social post; backups can persist until their retention period ends.
